Techno 90 is presently the "Service" partner of choice for 23 National service companies for over 18 years:

Techno 90 is an information technology solutions and point-of-sale hardware and software service provider, with main offices in Bathurst, Tracadie-Sheila, and Moncton New Brunswick. Over the last 17 years, we have created a Service network of over 15 service locations throughout Atlantic Canada administered, supervised, and managed by our Dispatch personnel at our Head Office in Tracadie-Sheila N.B. Techno 90 provides IT and project management rollout implementation and services, along with complete range of technology service specializing in Banking institution hardware, ATM's, government, small to midsize and enterprise businesses. We offer Point-of-sale solutions support for grocery, retail, convenience store, and hospitality markets.

We are not your competition and we do not solicit contracts directly but are a 3rd party Service organization that works closely with over 23 National and International Service Company's.
We are available to do all your required tasks including; on-Site, remote, and/or phone customer support, including IT Service and support, Systems rollout, Hardware and software support, and will assign the appropriate employee with the proper skills and qualifications for the task at hand.

We are a very well organized and professional company. We are at 80% completion of an ISO 9000 certification program.

We have two full time Inventory logistics persons, 3 Reception / Dispatch Personnel, and a full time Service manager to properly handle all calls assigned to us in Atlantic Canada.

We have 10 Technician/technologists in New Brunswick and 15 Technicians throughout Atlantic Canada with various expertise and qualifications. In resume, 25+ IT support professionals with an average of 7 years of IT hardware and software experience and certifications. (A+ Certified (A+ CompTIA), MCSE, CNA, and MCP). We have full time Network and Video Cabling Technicians on staff.

  • 5 Senior Technicians have well over 20 years experience each, providing junior Tech support.
  • Strong knowledge, experience, and certifications with most Tier-1 manufacturers' products.
  • Centralized and Remote depot inventory control and Dispatch management.
  • Fully bilingual staff.

  • Warranty services, Priority Call Treatment, Immediate Treatment for Urgent Calls
  • Available 7/24/365 with immediate paging/dispatch for on-site support covering all points in Atlantic Canada.

    The important factor is that our company is a "One-Stop shop-Service Hub" covering all of Atlantic Canada. We supervise and make sure the calls get done professionally and in the required response times.
