Like any other optional RESTO Terminal module, this one is entirely integrated into the system, so the employees can clock in and out at any touch screen terminal. Important features: Each touch screen terminal can become a 'punch clock'. Up to 5 different pay rates per employee. Help you manage the overtime. Provides you with 3 methods of payroll: By the schedule, by the employee punches(voluntary) or by the time the employee punches(the real time). Better tip management. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT This module will startle you! No more profit lost due to: Inventory waste. (you can track the employee who did it) Not knowing the exact food cost. The RESTO terminal inventory management system provides you real time stocks. You can go at any terminal and track your inventory item at any time! Should there be an out of balance situation, you will be able to correct it on the spot. When it is time to make the orders, the RESTO Terminal system can print you a purchase report. You can even compare the prices of your supplier with the last purchase you did. At last, the RESTO Terminal Inventory management system will track every menu item that is not in the margin brackets that you wish for and will calculate the price variance ( to adjust the sales prices) according to your cost. DELIVERY MODULE Provides you with a customer database. You can recall a customer file by its phone number at any touch screen terminal. Then, you will see (on screen) the customer vitals statistics like the number of purchases to date, the total amount of purchases to date and the last order. You can even program an automatic discount after every 5 orders (per client). It is automatic! Important features: Delivery fees by address (automatic). Sales report for each delivery person. You can assign more than one order at a time to the deliverer. Will keep a database for every customers. Will allow easy address move for the customer. Can make the same order as the last time (one button) and you may modify it if necessary. Can do multiple invoices per order (at the same address).
